Fav seasoning blend that has paprika, onion & garlic powder, Salt, pepper & herbs
Adobo Complete Seasoning
Flour (season the flour with same seasonings as the pork chops )
Vegetable oil (we’re not deep frying, just pan frying which is frying with a small amount of oil)
Chicken stock (about 1 1/2 cup)
Apple cider vinegar (only need about a tsp)
Honey (couple Tbsps)
1/2 cup pork chop drippings (or just make the sauce in the pan you fried the pork chops in. Normally that’s what u do but for the sake of moving quickly I just grabbed another pan)
Bake covered in oven on 375 for about 35-45 minutes. Basting every 15 mins. Bake until reaches internal temperature of 135-140 degrees. Allow pork to rest for 5 mins. Enjoy!
